About the festival
The 2026 “Fortress City in the Forest: Namhansanseong Autumn Festa” lets citizens share the value of this World Heritage site through activities around Namhansanseong. Four programs are offered: Traditional Culture Experiences of the fortress’s history, an Eco-History Camp with guided talks and nature crafts, the Namhansanseong Yeonhui Madang with theater and gugak, and a Chuseok special program filling the fortress with light and music during the holiday.
