About the festival

The 2026 Ginkgo Tree Road Street Arts Festival is a participatory street arts festival held along Ginkgo Tree Road, one of Asan's signature autumn destinations. With the theme "Art, Play and Rest," this year's festival presents nonverbal performances for all ages, including circus, mime, juggling and percussion, alongside a variety of hands-on programs amid the autumn scenery. Professional arts groups and local artists perform in the street performance, experience, local and rest zones. A children's circus activity area and family activity booths encourage visitors to participate. Programs linked to sales of local agricultural products also aim to increase farmers' incomes and expand sales channels. Combining artistic quality with broad appeal, the festival seeks to provide residents and visitors with rich cultural experiences and establish itself as a signature cultural tourism event for Asan.
