About the festival
Culture Day “Culture Delivery” is an arts support program that visits places with limited access to culture, such as islands, remote and border areas and industrial complexes. Young and senior performing teams bring street performances to everyday spaces so anyone can easily enjoy culture locally. From June to October it delivers special cultural moments across the capital area and Gangwon.
