About the festival

The 2026 Seongnam Tech Art Festival brings technology, art and everyday life together over three days, from Friday, October 23 to Sunday, October 25, at Pangyo Station Plaza, along Tancheon and at other locations across Seongnam. Hosted by Seongnam City and organized by the Seongnam Cultural Foundation under the slogan 'Make the City Beat with Technology and Art,' the festival begins in Pangyo, a hub of South Korea's high-tech industries, and expands to Tancheon and Seongnam's original city center. Now in its fourth edition, the Seongnam Festival has been renamed the Seongnam Tech Art Festival this year, marking a new start as a cross-disciplinary festival combining advanced technology, art and games. Events range from hands-on technology programs to media art, performances, industry discussions and networking. Programs are tailored to three areas linking Pangyo, Tancheon and the original city center. The Professional Zone at Pangyo Station Plaza features conferences and technology showcases involving high-tech companies and specialists. The Friendly Zone along Tancheon offers media art and interactive programs for the public. The Dream Zone, centered on Seongnam Sports Complex, presents technology and cultural programs for young people and families.
