The 22nd Sanbuk Pumsil Festival has established itself as Yeoju's signature festival over 22 years. The 22nd Sanbuk Pumsil Festival is held with the sub-theme ''Sanbuk AI Kimjang Culture Festival''. Kimjang is a food culture representing Korea and a precious tradition in which family and neighbors share affection. Kimjang culture, inscribed on UNESCO's Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity in 2013, embodies the community spirit of making and sharing together. The Sanbuk AI Kimjang Culture Festival carries on this traditional kimjang culture while adding technology to create a new form of kimjang festival that anyone can join easily and enjoyably.
