About the festival
The Siheung Wolgot Port Festival is a seaside festival where you can enjoy port experiences by the sea in the city, with lively harbor activities and food made from fresh seasonal seafood caught by local fishermen. Signature activities include fishing boat rides, bare-hand fishing and giant shrimp catching, and the Wolgot Moonlight Concert for three generations and fireworks at the opening and closing are perennial favorites. You can also join surprise seafood auctions, visit a dried seafood wholesale market and make salted shrimp, experiences found only at this festival.
