About the festival
The 4th Chilgok Transmedia Festival is an arts festival around Waegwan-eup, Chilgok, that combines local spaces and cultural resources with media content. This year it celebrates the friendship between poet Gu Sang and painter Lee Jung-seop, expanding their lives and works into literature, art, media and performance. Instead of a single venue, visitors walk through everyday spaces across Waegwan, meeting exhibitions, media content, activities and performances in turn, turning familiar streets into places to experience art.
