2026 Gyeongbuk Apple Promotion Event

About the festival

The 2026 Gyeongbuk Apple Promotion Event is organized to showcase the outstanding quality and value of Gyeongbuk apples and to encourage consumption. It takes place at Seoul Plaza for three days, from November 2 to 4, under the slogan “The Brightest Harvest Chosen by the Autumn Kingdom, Gyeongbuk Apples,” with a variety of programs themed around a royal garden from a fairy tale. The venue features a Gyeongbuk Apple Premium Hall presenting representative apples and varieties from 14 major apple-producing areas of Gyeongbuk, along with regional promotion and sales booths, tasting areas and photo zones. Other programs include the Gyeongbuk Apple Royal Auction Show, youth busking, cultural performances, events for office workers and a children's drawing activity. On November 3, an official opening ceremony, a commemorative performance and a celebration performance are held to share the value of Gyeongbuk apples and the meaning of the autumn harvest with citizens.
