About the festival
The 2026 Nowon Outdoor Library “Romance Guaranteed” is a reading culture event themed “In the Age of AI, It’s Still About People”, bringing books, reading and cultural programs outdoors. As AI and algorithms shape daily life, it focuses on human connection through books. Outdoor shelves feature books chosen by librarians, with beanbags and camping chairs for reading, plus book concerts and humanities lectures, so citizens can enjoy books and culture in many ways in one place.
