About the festival
The 2026 A+ Festival is a disability culture and arts festival where artists with and without disabilities and citizens communicate and come together through art. Under the theme “A Shining Story of the Star Kingdom”, it shows how people with different personalities and talents connect through art, just as different stars form a beautiful constellation. It highlights the creative work of artists with disabilities and builds an environment where everyone can enjoy arts equally, with music, dance and theater performances, exhibitions, participatory activities and collaborative stages. It takes place from October 16 to 18, 2026 at Magok Plaza, Gangseo-gu, Seoul.
