About the festival
The 22nd Seoul Wow Book Festival is a book festival held for three days from Friday, October 16 to Sunday, October 18, 2026, around Hongdae in Mapo-gu, Seoul. This year's theme is 'Changing, Unchanging.' The festival aims to create a place where books and people meet. Organizers, musicians and publishers gather in one place, and authors, editors and readers talk face to face. It aims to be a time when reading deeply, alone or together, becomes an experience. Venues are Hongdae Red Road R1 and R2 (book fair), the Platform P multipurpose room (lectures), the Sanullim Small Theater (Younghee Festival), the Sanullim Cafe (Reading Wave) and the Red Road Power Plant Promotion Hall Gallery (Imagination Bloom Book Art Exhibition).
