About the festival

Seoul Design Week is a design festival that showcases the advanced tastes of Seoul, a global design city. Now in its 13th edition, Seoul Design Week presents diverse design content for 12 days from October 14 to 25 under the theme 'The Design Recipe.' DDP Design Fair, under the concept 'A Market Full of Taste,' is a space where brands discovered in Seoul are completed by each visitor's own taste. Organizing the space around 'taste' rather than consumer categories, it creates a stage where brands and emerging designers come together. Exhibitions are held in key Seoul locations such as Seongsu and Hongdae, centered on DDP. From the works of 100 designers active in contemporary Seoul to a design-process exhibition by overseas studios and a goods pop-up exhibition full of 'Seoul Next,' the event fills Seoul with diverse inspiration and will be a venue covering a broad spectrum of the design industry. In addition, it will offer various exhibitions and markets for a better life for Seoul citizens, strengthening the global competitiveness and distinctiveness of Seoul design.
