About the festival

Burak Festa is a retro-themed festival held in the Pusan National University Autonomous Commercial District. Reinterpreting the music, fashion and neighborhood culture of the 1990s and 2000s for the present day, it aims to revitalize the commercial district and attract visitors. Held over three days from November 6 to 8, 2026, the festival offers performance programs including the Burak Singing Contest, dance battles, special performances and DJ booths. Participatory activities include a Neighborhood Leader Contest, a Play Workshop and Neighborhood Fashion Star. A Burak Stationery Shop, Burak Outdoor Night Market and food booths linked to local businesses offer visitors a variety of experiences and entertainment. Through music, dance, fashion, games and food, this cultural event shares memories and nostalgia, bringing local businesses and festival visitors together.
