2026 National Health Reboot: Mental Wellness Walk

About the festival

The 2026 National Health Reboot! Mental Wellness Walk is a public health-promotion event hosted by the Daejeon–Sejong–Chungcheong Regional Headquarters of the National Health Insurance Service. It takes place on Saturday, November 14, 2026, in and around the City Festival Plaza at Sejong Central Park. Anyone, including Sejong residents, may take part, with approximately 800 participants expected. The event highlights the importance of physical and mental health through everyday walking, encouraging healthy habits and mental well-being. Participants will walk together along an approximately 5 km route from Sejong Central Park that includes Sejong National Arboretum, refreshing body and mind in nature. They will also receive free admission to the arboretum and souvenirs. A variety of programs are planned, including health and welfare activity booths, promotional booths and participatory events. The aim is to help residents experience the importance of managing their health and the preventive health services offered by the National Health Insurance Service.
