About the festival

The 23rd Yesan Apple Festival will feature the spectacle of the Yedang Reservoir Suspension Bridge, which boasts the largest scale in the country, along with a variety of apple experience programs that people of all ages can enjoy. By using the local tourism resource 'Yedang Reservoir Suspension Bridge' and choosing it as this year's venue, the festival will start from the Yedang Reservoir observatory, a symbol of the region, and link up with tourist facilities around the reservoir to promote Yesan apples and the local landmark at the same time during the festival. With apple wine, apple desserts, and a jazz, gugak, and classical collaboration, it will promote the taste and excellence of Yesan apples to visitors under the theme 'A Sweet Day at Yedang Reservoir'. Among the programs, the 'Yesan Apple Sale Festa' is a sales venue run by the Yedang Apple Horticulture Agricultural Cooperative with participation of Yesan apple orchard farms, held for only two days during the festival, and will be a signature program where you can find high-quality Yesan apples at low prices.
