About the festival

The 21st Jeju Horse Festival 2026 takes place for two days, October 24–25, 2026, around the Family Park at Let's Run Park Jeju in Aewol-eup, Jeju City. It is open every day from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The organizers are the Korea Racing Authority and Jeju Special Self-Governing Province, and the host is the Jeju Division of the Korea Racing Authority. The program totals 37 activities: 8 exhibitions, 12 industry and arts programs, 9 play and hands-on activities, 5 market and rest activities, and 3 linked programs. The venue is organized around four themed spaces: the Jeju Horse Heritage Lounge, Maltewuri Studio, Reckless Play Park, and Jeraji Picnic Market. The festival includes an exhibition on Heonma Gongsin Kim Man-il and the history of the Jeju horse, docent tours, and documentary screenings, along with programs for connecting with Jeju horses such as pony feeding, horse riding, and horse-painting coloring. Maltewuri culture experiences, a riding simulator, an AI photo studio, dance and drawing contests, traditional games, a family race, picnic performances, food and Jeju local product sales, and programs linked to the grand prix race and a stamp rally are also offered.
