About the festival

The 3rd Chudo Island Film Festival is a resident-participation island film festival held on beautiful Chudo Island in Tongyeong. Made together by island residents and artists, it offers the special experience of watching films under the sound of waves and starry night skies. It screens residency films made by directors staying on Chudo, and feature and short films themed on 'longing' and 'nature,' at an open-air seaside theater and indoors. Programs also include 'Ibagu Trekking' (walking with residents and hearing island stories), 'Seasonal Seafood Sunset Dining' and talks with filmmakers (GV).
