About the festival

This year's festival, themed "A Flower-Path Tour of Hapcheon," recreates Hapcheon's major attractions as autumn-flower sculptures in the plaza so that visitors can enjoy it like a journey. The journey has four stages. Stage 1 (Departure Station): a Hapcheon trip with the mascot Byeolkungi. Stage 2 (Stopover Stations): Hapcheon's attractions are presented as stations, letting visitors feel the region's special charm. Stage 3 (Flower-Path Trail): walk along colorful autumn flowers and keep your own record of the scenery. Stage 4 (Terminus): at the end of the flower path, finish the trip in a cozy camping space with the mascots Byeolkungi and Daejangi. Family-friendly activities include caricatures, making your own coffee-grounds fridge magnet, mother-of-pearl key rings, chrysanthemum drawing (making a tablecloth), soap making, ceramic bowl making, and family-motto calligraphy.
