About the festival

The 2026 Jemulpo Wave Market is a fall picnic-style local market held for two days, Oct 17 to 18, at Wave Hall in the Sangsang Platform in Jemulpo-gu, Incheon. It runs from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and takes place indoors. Fifty-six Incheon local brands take part, selling lunch boxes, hot food, handmade drinks, seasonal produce, crafts, and fashion and cultural goods. During the event there are magic shows, bubble shows, balloon art and a Polaroid photo program, as well as hands-on activities such as fashion painting, hand cream making, leather bracelet making, keycap keyring making, marimo making and slime making. Participatory games such as treasure hunts, ring toss, dice, cup stacking and a 10-second challenge are also offered. Purchase-linked benefits are available as well, including market voucher discounts, purchase stamp coupons, Jemulpo-gu receipt verification, the Incheon e-Ji stamp tour and a reusable bag giveaway. The event is hosted by Incheon Metropolitan City, organized by the Incheon Tourism Organization and sponsored by Jemulpo-gu.
