About the festival
The 2026 Korea Forest Expo showcases the value, policy and industry of forests in one place at Saengmyeongnuri Park in Cheongju, Chungcheongbuk-do. Events include the Mountain Day ceremony and opening, a Forest Youth forum, a forest quiz, cultural performances and concerts, and Cheongju’s largest fireworks show. Booths by forest-related organizations, woodworking, forest healing and companion plant activities, forest product sales and the Chungbuk Craft Fair round out the program.
