About the festival
The 2026 Yuseong Reading Festival is Yuseong-gu’s signature reading festival in Daejeon, designed for enjoying books, culture and rest outdoors. It offers a special time to step away from busy days, connect with neighbors through books and heal body and mind. A large reading area blends with nature in an open outdoor space, with literary activity booths and exhibitions for all ages, author talks, a book talk concert, reading events and a book market with local bookstores and publishers.
