About the festival
The “K-Military Festival: Battle of Chuncheon”, held by the Army’s II Corps and Chuncheon City, takes place for three days from October 9 to 11 at Chuncheon Waterfront Park. It commemorates the Battle of Chuncheon in the early days of the Korean War and honors the sacrifice of fallen soldiers and veterans. A victory commemoration ceremony, performances, exhibitions, military equipment experiences and citizen programs let the whole family learn about and enjoy the meaning of defending the nation.
